Could Earth-like life be possible on Uranus?

It is currently not known whether Earth-like life is possible on Uranus. Uranus is an ice giant planet, meaning that it is composed mainly of ice, rock, and gas. Its atmosphere is primarily composed of hydrogen, helium, and methane.

However, Uranus is very cold, with surface temperatures that can reach as low as -224 degrees Celsius (-371 degrees Fahrenheit). This extreme cold would make it very difficult for life as we know it to exist. Additionally, Uranus does not have a solid surface, and instead has a deep atmosphere and a possible ocean layer beneath its hydrogen and helium atmosphere.

While the conditions on Uranus do not seem to be conducive to Earth-like life, it is possible that life forms could exist in different forms or with different biochemistry than those on Earth. However, without further exploration and understanding of Uranus' unique environment, it is difficult to say for certain whether any form of life could exist there.
